Our accounting support reduces the time a branch manager spends on tracking, inputting, and managing their branch’s income and expenses. We provide our branch network with monthly P&L reports and production trends. Also included as part of branch accounting support:

Centurymark handles licensing and compliance matters to ensure every branch in our network is in proper compliance with Federal and State regulations.
This includes:
- Handling Annual FHA (HUD) Audit and Compliance
- Handling Federal and State regulatory reporting including: Audits, Reports, and Continuing Education Certification
- Guidance on multi-state licensing requirements
- Filing State licensing applications
- Tracking renewals of State Mortgage licenses
- Tracking continuing education requirements
- Informing branches of changes to Federal and State laws
- Providing Errors and Omissions coverage
- Guidance on changes in RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA, or HUD regulations
- Reviewing marketing materials for State and Federal compliance

- Human Resources is provided for each branch office and their loan officers and staff for worry free compliance:
- Maintain all Employee Records: We establish and maintain all employee records
- Benefits Administration: We provide an extensive benefit package, including health care, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k)/SEP, and other benefits
- Handle oversight of workers’ compensation, equal employment opportunity compliance, and state employment reporting requirements
